Our Policies

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens — please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full treatment within the remaining time. However, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. If you are running late, please call us at (647) 553-5040 to let us know.

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for longer or package treatments. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will work to make it right. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Completed treatments are non-refundable; however, we will always strive to find a fair resolution.

Treatment packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once begun. Individual sessions within a package cannot be exchanged for different treatments.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice — the price confirmed at time of booking will be honoured.
